Dana White reveals Tom Brady’s response after pestering him to make NFL retirement U-turn to Don Raiders jersey

Tom Brady, arguably the greatest football player in NFL history, retired from the sport last week. Many fans were hoping to see one more season from the 44-year-old. Among these was Brady’s good friend and UFC President Dana White.

White, who was from Boston, is a huge Brady fan. He moved to Las Vegas nearly two decades ago and spends his time in “The Fight Capital of the World.” Therefore, he had tried to convince Brady to play for the Las Vegas Raiders.

He told TMZ, “I was hammering it [Brady] come to Vegas and play for the Raiders.

Although Brady did not respond with a clear “no”, he did, according to White, send an encrypted message. The UFC chief honcho said: “He was like ‘hahaha’, you’re amazing, that’s what he said when I said come to the Raiders”

When Brady was looking for a new team after 20 years with the New England Patriots, White brought up the possibility of Brady taking snaps at Allegiant Stadium (home of the Raiders). However, Brady went to Florida and signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Tom Brady played 22 seasons in the NFL and won 7 Super Bowls. Now that he’s retired, he can focus on things outside of the NFL. Apparently, Brady loves to play golf and can definitely try his hand at that sport as well.
